Ann Marie DeMatteo

My experience evolved from being a data entry person in a medical association to President of a company; from attending conferences to organizing and running them; from soliciting grant support to awarding it. I have worked for non-profits, privately-owned businesses, and publically traded companies; and have been responsible for educational strategy and planning, budget planning and oversight, grant development through program execution, outcomes planning and reporting, and compliance.

At heart, I am a people person and I bring that philosophy to everything I do. With more than 31 years of experience in this field, I cherish the strong relationships built throughout my career. My professional volunteer experience in our community includes serving as faculty and chair at multiple events, as annual conference abstract reviewer, as a member of award review committees, and as an annual conference greeter throughout the years.
