Session Description: The “value” of healthcare education is variable depending on who you ask – clinicians, patients, providers, supporters, etc. Through the years, many efforts have been made to standardize how we demonstrate value across the industry – adult learning models, Outcomes Standardization Project (OSP), Educational Impact Summary (EIS), Real World Evidence (RWE), etc. So how are we doing?
This session will discuss the demonstration of “value” from a supporter’s point of view and the importance of data. The ability to define value of IME helps elevate its contribution, especially with growing support of other competing education-focused initiatives becoming more popular.
As adult learning experts, what can we bring to the table to demonstrate impact and inspire change?
Learning Objectives:
Understand the actionability of data in demonstrating value.
Craft an actionable story for your stakeholders that resonates with them.
Continually build a maturing story based on an adult learning model(s).
