Additionally, employing best practices in question writing, such as using effective distractors in multiple-choice questions and ensuring relevance to the target learner, enhances the quality of assessments. This approach ensures that evaluations are not only precise but also meaningful, supporting continuous improvement in educational strategies.
Participants in this session will gain insight into selecting the optimal question type to effectively assess educational impact, methods for aligning questions with educational goals and learning objectives to enhance learning impact and accurately measure educational outcomes, and strategies to ensure questions are appropriately written and tailored to their target learner audience.
